Best New Cars To Look Out For In 2024

These are some of the best new cars to look out for in 2024
It’s been a busy year, 2023, with a host of new cars all making their way onto the motoring landscape. But there’s no time to rest as 2024 looks set to be even more exciting when it comes to new car reveals.
There’s plenty of variety, too, from electric SUVs to spacious seven-seaters. Let’s take a look at some of the cars to look out for next year.
Skoda Kodiaq

The Kodiaq is Skoda’s largest model and has always provided reliable, spacious and extremely well-priced transportation. Next year will see the arrival of a new version which brings the same five- and seven-seater options as before but with upgraded technology and a distinctive new look.
One cool function of the new Kodiaq is the ‘Smart Dial’ setup. These come in the form of customisable dials in the middle of the dashboard which can be tweaked to give you quick access to a variety of functions without the need to use the touchscreen.
MG Cyberster

MG may have made some sports cars quite a number of years ago, but it’s been a bit of time since it created a go-faster model. That’s set to change in 2024 with the arrival of the Cyberster, a dramatic-looking two-seater designed to transport MG into a whole new area of the market.
And just like the rest of MG’s current range of cars, the Cyberster will be electric and one of the few drop-top EVs on the market.
Volvo EX30

Volvo has already made some firm commitments to battery power and the EX30 is an extension of this. It’s set to the be firm’s newest electric vehicle and one which seems set to head straight into the mainstream of the market.
Boxy and classically Scandinavian in design, the EX30 has some of Volvo’s latest technology alongside a practical and solidly made interior.
Renault 5

There’s a lot of expectation riding on this one - the new Renault 5. An electric-powered descendent of the original Renault 5, this latest model takes some of the design cues from the iconic classic but brings them thoroughly into the modern age.
For instance, a new black section on the bonnet - which mimics the bonnet scoop of the Renault 5 Turbo - features a ‘5’ graphic which doubles as a charging status light.
Mini Cooper

The arrival of a new generation of Mini is always a big occasion, but this latest generation pushes things even further. Though available with petrol engines, the big focus will be on the new electric Mini Cooper which brings an exterior which looks a far cry from that of the previous car.
Inside, there’s the same retro-infused styling as before but with the addition of a clever new OLED central display which can be configured to show all kinds of information.
